I hope this message finds you well. I understand you’re interested in obtaining more information and any possible images or X-rays we may have on file regarding your implant, ZZZ-13-FGTA.
I’m pleased to inform you that we do indeed have a 3D DVT image of your teeth and implant. This image was taken during one of your dental visits, and it provides a comprehensive view of your dental structures. I would like to remind you that the primary purpose of this image was for planning a dental implant surgery.

Also, I would like to take this opportunity to remind you that this implant was placed outside of our clinic, and hence, we do not have complete information regarding the details of its placement or specifications. However, based on our records, the implant appears to be in proximity to the right maxillary sinus, and it is possibly an Straumann tissue-level ultrashort implant, 4 mm in length.
Lastly, please bear in mind that it is always important to inform your healthcare providers of any changes in your health status, including any surgical procedures you have undergone, to ensure we have the most accurate and up-to-date information when planning and carrying out treatments.
