I hope this letter finds you in good health. I’m writing to provide you with detailed information concerning your medical history, and to discuss your desire to get lip fillers.
Your Medical History
As per our records, you have a history of hypothyroidism, which is currently controlled with Levothyroxine. You also reported a history of Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), which you manage through therapy. You’ve previously undergone an appendectomy when you were fourteen and have had Botox injections for forehead wrinkles two years ago.
You follow a balanced diet and exercise regularly – running and practicing yoga 3-4 times per week. Additionally, you have good dental health, with the only significant dental procedure you’ve had being a dental implant after losing tooth number 13 in 2013. You’ve also undergone a laser hair removal procedure on the upper lip area a year ago.
Moreover, you have a history of recurrent cold sores, occurring about 1-2 times per year. You also reported a significant weight loss of 15 lbs over six months, two years ago.
Lip Fillers
Now onto the topic of lip fillers. First, I want to assure you that your desire for a natural-looking result is very much achievable. There have been significant advancements in dermal fillers technology, particularly with hyaluronic acid-based fillers, known for their natural-looking and feeling results.
However, given your history of recurrent cold sores, it is important to inform you that the procedure could potentially trigger an outbreak. Therefore, you might need to take preventative antiviral medication before the procedure.
Your Dental Implant
I noticed you have a dental implant (serial number: ZZZ-13-FGTH), which you got in Austria after losing tooth number 13. The image of the implant can be found here. Please remember to inform your dentist about this implant during your regular dental check-ups.
